Kimberly Corbitt
Director

Kimberly's background is in education and business. She started Santa Lucia in 2007 because she missed working with people who have developmental disabilities and wanted to to be more connected with her community. Kimberly is dedicated to supporting people with disabilities, their families and teams. She is proud of Santa Lucia and is always working to make it a stronger agency that provides better and better services for the people of New Mexico. Kimberly likes action movies, exercising, cooking and playing with her daughters. Santa Lucia is named after Kimberly's daughter Lucy-Ann, who was born in 2006.

Peter MacCorqoudale
Operations Manager

Peter is the Operations Director at Santa Lucia, When Kimberly asked him to come and help her run Santa Lucia, Peter jumped at the chance to help with her mission of creating a stronger Developmental Disabilities community. Peter has a diverse background working with many types of people. His training in architecture and design helps Peter to keep Santa Lucia organized, creative and running efficiently.

Kiyo Phelan

Kiyo is the administrative coordinator at Santa Lucia. She joined Santa Lucia in 2011 after moving to the US from Japan where she worked at Cannon. Her detail-oriented working technique and vast computer skills keep Santa Lucia organized. She is currently in charge of billing for the MiVia waiver.

Kiyo holds B.A in Music Education and is a certified Yamaha piano instructor. She taught piano for 12 years to over 100 students in Japan.

Sharon Cook

Sharon has worked with individuals with disabilities and their families for 20 years in Santa Fe.  She has also been providing family living for her son, Paul, for 15 years.  Together they love movies, eating out, music, family, and road trips.  Sharon brings these years of experience to Santa Lucia.  She truly enjoys the relationships she has built with the families she serves on the DD Waiver and MiVia Waiver.

Maxwell Goodman
Agency Nurse

Max is a Registered Nurse and has an associate degree in Nursing from Santa Fe Community College.  He has a background in fine arts, music, and wilderness therapy.  Max is dedicated to promoting health and wellness in our community, and enjoys supporting the individuals and families that Santa Lucia serves.
